2 Former Officials Of Finmeccanica Found Guilty Of Corruption, Sent To Jail

MILAN: Former chief govt officer of Italian institution Finmeccanica Giuseppe Orsi, and former head of AgustaWestland Bruno Spagnolini have been sentenced to Prison for false accounting and corruption indeals, reports from Italy said.

Orsi was sentenced on Thursday with the aid of the Milan court to four.five years in Jail at the same time as Spagnolini turned into given a 4year Jail time period on the equal fees.

In 2014, Italian court docket investigating the case, acquitted the former Indian Air Pressure (IAF) leader SP Tyagi of all corruption costs.
