Under Armour Military, First Responder & Teacher Discount: 20% Off Explained

Under Armour runs one of the broader standing community-discount programs in athletic retail — it’s not limited to military members. Here’s who actually qualifies and how the verification works.

The standing discount: 20% off

Under Armour offers 20% off nearly all purchases, in-store and online, to a wide list of community groups — not just active-duty service members.

Who qualifies

  • Active-duty service members, retirees, veterans, military spouses, and military family members
  • First responders: active police, firefighters, EMTs
  • Healthcare workers: nurses, doctors, and other verified medical staff
  • Teachers and educators

How to redeem it

Verification runs through ID.me, a third-party identity-verification service — not a coupon code you can find or share. Online, you verify at checkout using the “Verify with ID.me” option in your order summary. In-store, show valid ID confirming your status.

What it doesn’t cover

The 20% discount can’t be combined with other promo codes, sitewide sales, or gift card purchases — it’s one discount at a time, not stackable.

A note on bigger discounts you may see advertised: Under Armour periodically runs limited-time promotions for the same eligible groups at a higher rate than the standing 20%. Those are time-limited events, not the everyday program — we’ll only list one as an active deal once we’ve verified it’s currently running.

See our Under Armour page for anything we’ve verified as a live, dated offer.
