Neighbor’s Club: what it actually pays
Neighbor’s Club is free and tiered. Members earn points per dollar on qualifying purchases (in store, online, and in the app when the account is used), and points convert to rewards certificates at set thresholds. Tiers unlock as annual spend rises, and the higher tiers carry the perks that matter to the core customer: a free trailer rental, a birthday reward, exclusive offers, and “Purina Rewards”-style bonus points on animal feed. TSC has restructured the points rate and tier thresholds before, so the live numbers are in your account; the program’s shape has been stable.
Who it pays most: anyone buying feed, fencing, or seasonal equipment on a recurring basis. The trailer rental alone is worth the annual spend threshold for people who’d otherwise rent one.
Military discount
TSC’s military discount is tied to Neighbor’s Club: verify service status once through the account and the discount applies to eligible purchases. TSC’s published eligibility includes active duty, veterans, reservists and dependents; exclusions cover some categories (gift cards, certain regulated items, and some already-reduced merchandise). TSC matches the price of an identical, in-stock item from a local competitor and from a published list of online retailers, at the register or through customer service. It excludes clearance, closeouts, marketplace sellers and bundle pricing. On big-ticket items (mowers, safes, generators) this is frequently worth more than any coupon that has ever existed for the store.
The weekly ad and seasonal events
