Merchant: Rough Country (roughcountry.com, U.S. site) · Covers: the free shipping policy and its exclusions, whether a public promo code exists, the email and text sign-ups, the military question, Affirm financing, the sale section, the warranty and Warranty Guard, price matching and returns · Sources: Rough Country’s own pages, listed at the end.
You don’t need a Rough Country free shipping code. Rough Country’s own banner says shipping is free sitewide, and its shipping policy says qualifying orders ship free by ground within the contiguous United States, with no code. We found no public promo code on Rough Country’s site, and no published sign-up discount, military discount, price match policy or rebate program. What Rough Country does list: marked-down parts in its sale section (we saw running boards at $150 to $400 off), Affirm financing with a limited-time 0% APR option for qualified buyers for up to 24 months, a 90-day return window, and a lifetime replacement warranty on hard suspension parts.

Rough Country free shipping: how the policy actually works
The “Free shipping sitewide!” banner carries an asterisk, and its “View Details” link goes to the shipping policy. That page sets the real rules:
- Where it applies. Free shipping covers the contiguous United States only. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded.
- Which products. Free shipping applies to “qualifying orders,” and the policy tells you to check each product page to see if an item qualifies. No dollar minimum is listed.
- Method. Free orders go by ground. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air are offered as paid upgrades; the policy doesn’t list their prices, so check at checkout.
- Freight items. Some large or heavy products need freight shipping. Freight is free to commercial addresses with a loading dock. Residential freight deliveries carry an additional charge, and the policy doesn’t say how much.
- Addresses it can’t ship to. The policy says Rough Country cannot ship to PO boxes or APO addresses.
How fast orders ship
Rough Country says in-stock orders placed before its weekday cutoff ship the same day (about 98% of orders do), and ground transit adds 1 to 3 working days. Out-of-stock items ship as back orders, and freight isn’t covered on a back order unless it ships with another qualifying order. Report shortages within 5 business days.
Canada
The shipping policy says roughcountry.com no longer ships directly to Canada and points Canadian buyers to roughcountry.ca, though an older line on the same page still mentions Canada shipments.
Is there a Rough Country coupon code or promo code?
We found no public coupon or promo code on Rough Country’s own pages. Its sale section uses marked-down prices, not codes. Harbor Freight’s coupons work very differently, and Tractor Supply leans on its loyalty program instead of codes.
Email and text sign-ups
Rough Country’s site shows an email sign-up that promises updates on its biggest sales, new products and giveaways. The pop-up we saw offered no percentage off and no code for joining. Rough Country also runs a text message program. Its mobile terms say messages can include “promotions, specials, and other marketing offers,” and you can text STOP to 91581 to opt out. Neither sign-up lists a welcome discount.
Military and first responder discount
We found no military, veteran or first responder discount on Rough Country’s site. The military-related pages we found were blog posts about Operation ReConnect, a Rough Country program supporting combat veterans with a vehicle giveaway. That is not a shopping discount. If you qualify for military pricing, our military discounts master list shows which retailers publish one. Military shoppers should also note the APO restriction above.
Affirm financing and the 0% APR offer
Rough Country’s Affirm page describes a limited-time promotional rate of 0% APR for up to 24 months for qualified buyers. You choose Affirm at checkout, get a real-time decision, and pick a monthly plan. Buyers who don’t qualify for 0% may still be offered Affirm terms of 3, 6, 12, 18 or 24 months, at whatever rate Affirm approves.
The page says Affirm charges no late fees. It doesn’t list the non-promotional APR range, a minimum order, or an end date. Affirm makes the credit decision.
The Rough Country sale section
The sale page is split into categories such as lift kits, bed covers, seat covers, lighting, shocks, steering and UTV/ATV parts. These items showed both a regular and a sale price when we checked:
| Item | Regular price | Sale price | Savings |
|---|---|---|---|
| Power Running Boards, Dual Electric Motor, Chevy/GMC Tahoe/Yukon (15-20) | $1,299.95 | $899.95 | $400 (about 31%) |
| AC2 Running Boards, Amber/White, Crew Cab, Ford F-150/Lightning/F-250/F-350/Raptor (15-26) | $549.95 | $399.95 | $150 (about 27%) |
| Multi-Color LED Running Boards, Crew Cab, Chevy/GMC 1500/2500HD/3500HD (07-19 & Classic) | $579.95 | $399.95 | $180 (about 31%) |
Bed cover deals started at $169.95 (Soft Tri-Fold) and seat cover deals ran $119.95 to $219.95, with no crossed-out regular price shown. The lift kit deals page held one item, a 2-inch N3 strut lift for the Honda CR-V at $299.95. Sale stock is fitment-specific and changes often, so treat these prices as a snapshot.
Rebates
We found no rebate page or mail-in rebate on Rough Country’s site. Our Firestone explainer covers how tire rebates work elsewhere.
Warranty and Warranty Guard
Rough Country’s warranty page sets coverage by product type:
- Lifetime replacement: hard suspension components such as knuckles, lift blocks and control arms (welds, cracks, breakage).
- Limited lifetime: Jeep Wrangler JK armor (manufacturer’s defects), Nerf steps, bed mats, wheel well liners.
- 5 years: leaf and coil springs, bed covers.
- 3 years: shocks and stabilizers, winches, LED lights (limited), fender flares, exhaust, soft tops (limited).
- 1 year: bushings, ball joints and other wear items, plus paint and finishes (limited).
Installation and removal costs aren’t covered. Claims are handled case by case, and Rough Country can ask for photos and proof of purchase.
Warranty Guard is Rough Country’s protection program for its suspension products. If a factory-warranty part fails because of an installed Rough Country suspension product, or the automaker denies a repair because of it, Rough Country covers the repair at a factory-authorized shop for up to 5 years or 100,000 miles, or until the factory warranty ends. You pay a $100 deductible, and eligibility terms apply.
Returns and the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
- Window. 90 days from purchase. No returns after 90 days.
- Refund amount. Full purchase price within 30 days. From day 31 to day 90, the refund is the purchase price minus 10% for shipping and handling.
- Other brands. Non-Rough Country brands such as tires and wheels “may be subject to up to a 20% re-stocking fee,” depending on condition.
- Return shipping. Rough Country provides a return label on request. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico and other international locations pay their own return shipping.
- Process. Return all original parts. Submit the return request form once and expect an RGA number within 24 to 48 hours. Refunds go to the original payment method, usually 5 to 10 business days after the return arrives. Installation costs aren’t reimbursed.
- Dealer purchases. Parts bought from a Rough Country dealer or store go back to that seller under its own policy.
Price match
We found no price match or price adjustment policy on Rough Country’s help, legal or FAQ pages. Don’t count on one.
The honest math
- Sale pricing. The Tahoe/Yukon power running boards at $899.95 instead of $1,299.95 save $400, plus free ground shipping if the item qualifies.
- 0% APR on a sale item. If Affirm approves the 0% rate over 24 months, $899.95 works out to roughly $37.50 a month before tax. That’s a hypothetical: Affirm sets the actual terms, and you may get a shorter term or a nonzero rate.
- The 30-day line matters. Return the $399.95 Ford AC2 boards on day 25 and you get $399.95 back. Return them on day 45 and Rough Country keeps 10%, about $40, so you get roughly $360. Test-fit early.
- Other brands cost more to return. On a $1,000 order of non-Rough Country tires, a restocking fee of up to 20% could cost up to $200.
How to save at Rough Country without a coupon
- Start at the sale page and add your vehicle, so you only see marked-down parts that fit.
- Check the product page for free shipping eligibility, especially for large items.
- Join the email list or text program for sale alerts, not a sign-up code.
- Install and test-fit within 30 days to keep the full refund.
- Budget for installation: Rough Country doesn’t reimburse it, even on a return. For routine maintenance, our Jiffy Lube and Valvoline explainers cover oil change coupons.
What we could not verify
- The same-day shipping cutoff time (blank on the policy page), which products don’t qualify for free shipping, and the cost of residential freight and air shipping.
- The shipping policy contradicts itself on Canada: one line says shipments go to Canada, another says roughcountry.com no longer ships there directly.
- The end date for Affirm’s 0% APR promotion, the non-promotional APR range, and any minimum order.
- Whether the sign-ups ever include a welcome discount, or whether any group discount is available by phone. Nothing is published.
- A homepage banner advertising “Up to $300 Off” retractable bed covers disappeared between our checks, and the bed cover page showed no markdowns, so we left it out.
- The guarantee page says both “full refund” within 90 days and full refund minus 10% from day 31 to 90. We used the more specific 10% terms, which the return policy also states.
- Another Rough Country-hosted copy of the warranty page listed bed covers as limited lifetime. The main warranty page says 5 years, and that’s what we used.
FAQ
Do I need a Rough Country free shipping code?
No. Rough Country applies free ground shipping to qualifying orders in the contiguous U.S. without a code. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded.
Is there a Rough Country promo code?
Rough Country doesn’t publish a public promo code. Its discounts come from marked-down prices in the sale section.
Does Rough Country have a military discount?
We found no published military discount on Rough Country’s site. Its veteran-related pages describe a support program and giveaway, not a discount.
Does Rough Country offer financing?
Yes, through Affirm, including a limited-time 0% APR offer for qualified buyers for up to 24 months.
How long do I have to return Rough Country parts?
90 days. You get the full purchase price back within 30 days, and the price minus 10% from day 31 to day 90.
Where this information comes from
Everything above comes from Rough Country’s own U.S. pages: the home page and its sign-up form, shipping policy, return policy, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, warranty and Warranty Guard page, Affirm financing page, sale page and its steps and running boards, bed cover, seat cover and lift kit deal pages, the retractable steps page, the help and FAQ page, the terms of use (including the mobile terms) and the terms of sale. We did not run a checkout test or apply for Affirm financing, we invented no codes, and nothing here comes from coupon sites. Read how we verify deals and our editorial policy.
