Merchant: Victoria’s Secret (including PINK) · What this page covers: offer codes, the Victoria’s Secret & PINK Rewards program, the Victoria’s Secret Credit Card, free shipping thresholds, and sale events · Sources: Victoria’s Secret’s own pages, listed under Offer provenance.
Is there a Victoria’s Secret coupon code right now? Not one we could confirm on Victoria’s Secret’s own site. The brand’s offer-codes page did not render any codes when we reviewed it, and Victoria’s Secret does not publish a standing public code. Its codes reach shoppers through email and text sign-ups, the Rewards program, and the app, and each code carries its own terms. The savings you can count on are the Rewards program (points that convert to $10 rewards), free shipping thresholds for members, and recurring sale events.
A Victoria’s Secret offer code is usually a short-lived promotion tied to a minimum spend or a category. The Rewards program runs all the time and pays back a small percentage of what you spend. If you shop there more than once or twice a year, the program and its free shipping usually matter more than chasing a code.

How Victoria’s Secret offer codes work
Victoria’s Secret calls its coupons “offer codes,” and it keeps a dedicated offer-codes page on its site. That page is built in JavaScript and showed only a loading message when we reviewed it, so we could not read which codes, if any, were listed. Its page description does state one standing benefit: “Reward members get free shipping on orders $50+.”
The brand’s customer care center has separate articles on where to enter an offer code, how to redeem one, whether a code can be added to an order you already placed, and how many offer codes you can redeem on one order. The help center blocks automated reading, so we could see only the titles, not the answers, including the stacking limit. Check the terms printed with each code before you assume two will combine.
Codes have also appeared as their own help-center articles, with titles such as “Extra 25% off Clearance (Offer Code: EXTRA25) – Excludes Full-Priced Items” and “Fall Reward $20 off a $50 Purchase – Offer Code Required – Excludes Clearance.” They show the usual shape of a code (an amount, often a minimum, and a clearance exclusion), not whether it still works. We could read no end date, so we list them as unverified.
Where real codes come from, as far as Victoria’s Secret itself says:
- Email and text sign-up. The sign-up page promises “exclusive offers & deals, new product alerts, store events & openings in your area.” A customer care article is titled “Where is my 15% off code for signing up for emails?”, which points to a 15% welcome code sent by email. We could not read that article’s terms.
- Rewards emails and the app. The program terms say rewards and benefits “will be emailed to the email associated with your Program” or “made available in our app upon log-in.”
How Victoria’s Secret & PINK Rewards works
Victoria’s Secret and PINK share one loyalty program. Its current page is titled “Victoria’s Secret & PINK Rewards.” The detailed terms we could read are still headed with an earlier program name, “Victoria’s Secret & PINK Collective Rewards Program.” The company’s press release says the program lets customers earn “when shopping both brands regardless of payment method” and replaced PINK Nation, PINK’s earlier loyalty program.
The core rules from the terms:
- Earning: “General Participants, regardless of tier status, will earn 5 Points for every $1 spent on Net Eligible Purchases.”
- Converting: “Participants will receive a $10 Reward for every 2,000 Points earned.” Rewards can take up to six weeks to arrive.
- Expiration: “Points expire 12 months from the date on which they are earned,” and “Rewards expire ninety (90) days from the date they are issued.”
- What doesn’t earn: taxes, product discounts, shipping fees, returns, gift card purchases, services such as gift wrapping, and purchases made through third-party affiliates.
- Using a reward: “Each Reward may only be applied toward and used for a single qualifying purchase,” and the purchase has to be at least as large as the reward. “Rewards have no cash value,” and they are not refunded if you return the order.
The three tiers
- Insider: the starting tier, with no spending minimum. Free shipping on orders over $50.
- All-Access: “Spend $300 in a Program Year; Cardholders auto-upgrade to this tier.” Adds a 2X Points Day twice a year, first access to select releases, and a 15% off anniversary gift. Free shipping stays at orders over $50.
- VIP: spend $750 in a program year, which runs January through December. Free shipping drops to orders over $25. Adds 2X Points Days, first access, a 20% off anniversary gift, and “Pick Your Perk” once a year.
Once you reach a tier, you keep it for the rest of that program year and the following one. After that you have to requalify.
Example (our math, not a Victoria’s Secret quote): An Insider who spends $400 in eligible purchases over a year earns 5 × 400 = 2,000 points, which converts to one $10 reward. That is 2.5% back. If a $100 order also uses a $20-off code, the terms exclude “product discounts” from earning, so points are earned on $80, or 400 points, not 500. And because rewards expire 90 days after they are issued, a $10 reward that arrives after a holiday order needs to be spent within roughly three months.
How the Victoria’s Secret Credit Card changes the math
The Victoria’s Secret Credit Card is issued by Comenity Bank. Its card application and terms are hosted on Comenity’s site. The card is tied to the same Rewards program, with a faster earning rate:
- “Cardholders will earn 10 Points for every $1 spent on Net Eligible Purchases.” VIP cardholders earn 15 points per $1.
- Cardholders are placed in the All-Access tier automatically.
- Triple points on bras: 30 points per $1 for All-Access cardholders and 45 per $1 for VIP cardholders. Other items in the same order earn the normal rate. This benefit “may not be combined with any 2X Points Day benefit or other available points accelerator benefit.”
Example (our math, not a Victoria’s Secret quote): At 10 points per $1, each dollar earns 0.5 cents in rewards (2,000 points = $10), which works out to 5% back. A $60 bra bought by an All-Access cardholder at triple points earns 1,800 points, worth about $9 once you reach 2,000. That is roughly 15% back on that item, but only if you use the reward before it expires, and only if you don’t carry a balance, since interest can easily cost more than rewards of this size.
Sale events and PINK
Victoria’s Secret’s customer care center has a “Semi-Annual Sale Frequently Asked Questions” article, and the brand runs a dedicated “All Sale” section for PINK on its site. We could not read the details of either. PINK purchases earn points in the same shared Rewards program. We found no separate PINK-only coupon program on Victoria’s Secret’s own pages. For when the big retail sale weeks usually land, see our calendar of major shopping events and our Black Friday deals guide.
How to save at Victoria’s Secret without a coupon
- Join Rewards before your first order, and sign in online or give your member ID in store so the purchase earns points.
- Build orders to the free shipping threshold: over $50 for Insider and All-Access members, over $25 for VIP.
- Track reward expiration. Points last 12 months, but a $10 reward lasts only 90 days after it is issued.
- Buy clearance during clearance events, but expect many codes to exclude it, as in the “Excludes Clearance” wording seen in past offer titles.
- Be skeptical of third-party code lists that claim to have “secret” Victoria’s Secret codes. Our guide to spotting fake coupon sites covers the warning signs, and how to stack coupons, cashback, and rewards explains why a discount can lower the points you earn.
What we could not verify
- Whether any offer code is currently listed on Victoria’s Secret’s offer-codes page. It did not render for us.
- How many offer codes Victoria’s Secret allows per order. The help article on this exists, but we could not read it.
- The terms of the 15% email sign-up code, including its minimum, exclusions, and expiration, and whether it is still offered.
- Whether EXTRA25, the “Fall Reward” code, or any other code named in a help-article title still works.
- Whether the current “Victoria’s Secret & PINK Rewards” program uses exactly the earning rates and tiers in the Collective-era terms we read. The terms were the most detailed first-party rules we could reach, but the program has since been renamed.
- The exact birthday reward by tier. The terms list it in two places with different amounts: $10 at every tier in one table, and none for Insider, $10 for All-Access, and $15 for VIP in another.
- Semi-Annual Sale timing, discount depth, and whether codes stack with sale prices.
- Whether Victoria’s Secret offers a student, military, or teacher discount in the U.S. We found no first-party page describing one.
- The credit card’s current APR, fees, and any new-account offer.
- Whether a given code works on every item in your cart. We did not run a checkout test.
Frequently asked questions
Does Victoria’s Secret have a coupon code that always works?
No. We found no standing public code on Victoria’s Secret’s own pages. Codes are sent out through email, text, the Rewards program, and the app, and each has its own terms.
How much are Victoria’s Secret Rewards points worth?
Under the program terms, 2,000 points becomes a $10 reward, so each point is worth half a cent. Members earn 5 points per $1, which is about 2.5% back. Cardholders earn 10 points per $1, and VIP cardholders earn 15.
Does Victoria’s Secret offer free shipping?
For Rewards members, yes. The brand’s offer-codes page says “Reward members get free shipping on orders $50+,” and the terms set the VIP threshold at orders over $25.
When do Victoria’s Secret rewards expire?
Points expire 12 months after you earn them. Issued $10 rewards expire 90 days after they are issued.
Is there a Victoria’s Secret student discount?
We did not find one on Victoria’s Secret’s U.S. site. Our student discounts master list tracks retailers that do publish one.
