Is there a promo code for Boot Barn right now? We did not find a public, site-wide promo code on bootbarn.com. What Boot Barn does publish is a free loyalty program (B.Rewarded) that turns every 250 points into a $15 reward, a $15 to $25 birthday reward, a 10% military and first responder discount on full-priced styles confirmed through ID.me, and rotating no-code sale events. Boot Barn’s FAQ adds that online coupons can’t be used in stores and store coupons can’t be used online, unless the coupon says otherwise. Treat any “Boot Barn code” from a coupon site as unverified until it applies in your cart.

How B.Rewarded actually works
Asked what it costs to join, the B.Rewarded FAQ says “Absolutely nothing.” Sign up in a store or online; points are earned in stores, online and in the app. Members must be 18+ and live in the U.S. or Canada (excluding Quebec).
Earning points
Points are based on “Net Eligible Purchases”: what you pay after discounts and coupons, rounded to the nearest dollar. Tax, shipping, fees, gift card purchases and anything paid with a Reward earn nothing, though paying with a gift card does earn points. Give your loyalty number in store, or link it to your online account. Points post in 24 to 48 hours (online orders after shipment), and returns deduct them.
Rewards and how fast they arrive
The rules state: “The current Reward Level is 250 Points (250 Points = $15 Reward).” Conversion is automatic. The rules text says rewards are usable within 5 days, while a banner on the same page says “within 5 to 7 days.” Rewards work on sale merchandise, special orders and layaways, but “Rewards may not be used for purchase of gift cards,” and they can’t be combined with coupons unless an offer allows it.
- Rewards expire 60 days after issue. Boot Barn emails a reminder about two weeks ahead if it has your email.
- Online, all available rewards apply in one transaction. In stores you can use part and keep the rest.
Points stay alive with “at least 1 transaction” in 12 months; otherwise “the Points balance will expire in its entirety.”
Tiers: B.Rewarded, Gold and Black
Levels are set by prior-year spending:
- B.Rewarded (no minimum): 1 point per $1, $15 birthday gift, free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more.
- B.Rewarded Gold ($500 annual spend): 1.25 points per $1, $20 birthday gift, free shipping on orders of $50 or more, plus a dedicated customer service line and a tier-upgrade gift.
- B.Rewarded Black ($2,000 annual spend): 2 points per $1, $25 birthday gift, free standard ground shipping on all orders, the dedicated line, an upgrade gift, and “exclusive experiences” such as events or tickets at Boot Barn’s discretion.
All tiers get an “anniversary surprise” at Boot Barn’s discretion. Sale purchases count toward annual spend; gift cards do not. A tier lasts the current year plus the next, with a 60-day evaluation period in case returns drop you below the threshold.
What the points are worth (our math, not a Boot Barn quote)
At the base rate, $250 of net eligible spending earns one $15 reward, roughly 6% back in future Boot Barn credit. Gold reaches 250 points after $200 (about 7.5%), and Black after $125 (about 12%). That assumes you use each reward within 60 days. Example: a base member buying $250 of full-priced boots earns 250 points; with the 10% military discount the net spend is $225, so 225 points, because points follow discounts.
The Boot Barn military and first responder discount
Boot Barn’s dedicated page offers “10% OFF* all full-priced styles” to military members and first responders. Eligibility is confirmed through ID.me, and the page tells shoppers to “Verify your status with ID.me in cart.” The fine print says “Exclusions apply; see cart for details,” the discount is “not valid on previous purchases or on gift cards,” and it “Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.” Because it applies only to full-priced styles, items already on sale are not part of it.
The page has FAQ headings for “Who is eligible?” and “Can I use the discount at Boot Barn Stores?” but the answers didn’t load for us, so in-store use, veteran eligibility and qualifying first-responder roles are unconfirmed. Ask your local store. For a wider look at retailers that publish service-member pricing, see our military discounts master list.
Teacher, healthcare, student and senior discounts
We found no teacher, healthcare, student or senior discount on bootbarn.com. The discount page names only military members and first responders.
Sale events and how they work
Boot Barn’s discounts mostly arrive as no-code events in its Deals and Sale menus. Beyond those in the table, we saw “Up to 60% off Boots,” “$50-$75 Off Women’s Boots,” “$99 Boots,” “20% off the Scout Boot” and a “Sale on Sale Extra 25% Off” badge on some boots. None listed codes, dates or full terms, so the cart is the final word. Rural retailers handle loyalty differently; our Tractor Supply Neighbor’s Club guide covers one built around farm and ranch purchases.
Work boots and commercial accounts
The “Why Boot Barn Work?” page cites “over 1,700 different pairs of work boots” and a “Commercial Accounts program” giving “businesses and their workers quick and convenient access” to work gear, plus uniform embroidery. It links to Boot Barn WORKFORCE but lists no discount terms. Ask your employer whether it has an account; B.Rewarded excludes commercial buyers.
Shipping, store pickup and the “We Have It Promise”
The Rewards page sets free standard shipping at $75+ (base), $50+ (Gold) and all orders (Black), within the continental U.S. and Canada. The site banner also advertised “All Boots Ship Free.” Otherwise, the FAQ says single-item shipping “can range from $7.95 up to $19.95.” In stores, the “We Have It Promise” lets an associate ship an out-of-stock item, advertised with “Free 2-day Shipping on all boots & orders $75+.” Same-day store pickup is another way to skip shipping.
Returns and price adjustments
“Items must be returned within 60 days of date received,” unworn with original tags; store purchases need the receipt, and refunds go to the original payment. Online orders can be returned in a store. A prepaid UPS return label costs $10 unless the item is defective, and boot boxes returned taped or labeled incur a restocking fee. Rewards used on returned items are restored within 48 hours.
We found no price-match or price-adjustment policy on Boot Barn’s returns or FAQ pages.
How to save at Boot Barn without a coupon
- Join B.Rewarded before your first purchase. It’s free, and points can’t be added if you never give your number.
- Add your birth month. The birthday gift ($15 to $25) is issued only if Boot Barn has it.
- Watch the 60-day clock. Use each $15 reward before it expires, and remember that online checkout applies all available rewards at once.
- Buy full-price items with the 10% military/first responder discount if you qualify, and buy sale items without it, since the discount excludes sale styles and can’t be combined.
- Check the Deals and Sale menus for no-code events, and compare the cart price with the listed price before you pay.
- Return in a store to skip the $10 mail-return label fee.
- Layer outside savings carefully. Card rewards or cashback portals can sometimes stack with retailer loyalty. Our guide to stacking coupons, cashback and rewards explains the general rules.
What we could not verify
- Whether the military and first responder discount is honored in physical stores, and whether veterans qualify (the FAQ answers on that page didn’t load for us).
- Start dates, end dates and full terms for any current sale event, including the asterisked BOGO Wrangler offer.
- Any teacher, healthcare, student or senior discount. None is published on the pages we reviewed.
- Any email or SMS sign-up discount. We found no published amount.
- Pricing or discount terms for Boot Barn WORKFORCE and the Commercial Accounts program.
- Any price-match or price-adjustment policy. None is published on the returns or FAQ pages.
- Whether the “All Boots Ship Free” banner overrides the $75 base-tier threshold in every case. The banner, the WHIP page and the Rewards page phrase it differently.
- Any working promo code. No checkout test was performed.
