Looking for a discount code for Uniform Advantage? The scrubs retailer publishes its own, so you won’t need a coupon site. Its coupons page lists the codes in use, and at the time we checked the only live one was SCRUBS, a shipping code: $6.99 flat-rate ground shipping, or free ground shipping once your merchandise total tops $99 after discounts. The percent-off savings come from things that need no code: brand sales on the store’s own Butter-Soft lines, the clearance and Last Chance sections, a 15% student discount verified through ID.me, and a scrub recycling program that pays out a $25 eGift card. The 20%-off code SAVE20 that still shows up in some site banners has passed its printed end date.

The SCRUBS code: what it does and when it pays
SCRUBS is a ground-shipping code for U.S. orders. It does one of two things. If your merchandise total is $99 or less, ground shipping becomes a $6.99 flat rate. If your total is more than $99 after every discount has been applied, ground shipping is free. Taxes, gift cards and shipping charges don’t count toward the $99. Uniform Advantage lists the code as ending 11/17/26.
Compare that with the standard Economy Ground rates on the retailer’s shipping page. Without a code, orders up to $50 pay $7.99 for economy ground, orders from $50.01 to $70 pay $8.99, and orders from $70.01 to $300 pay $9.99. Above $300, economy ground is billed at 5% of the order. So under the threshold SCRUBS saves $1 to $3, and once you clear it, about $10. Big orders save more because of that 5% rate. On a $400 group-style order, for example, standard economy ground would be $20, and SCRUBS makes it free.
The threshold is measured after discounts. A $120 list-price cart of Butter-Soft Stretch drops to $96 in the 20% sale, which is under $99, so SCRUBS gives the $6.99 flat rate, not free shipping.
SAVE20 and PANT have expired
SAVE20 took 20% off regular-price apparel and ended 10/09/26 at midnight Pacific. Even while live it excluded regular-price shoes, many brands (Butter-Soft Originals, Easy Stretch, ReSurge and Cherokee lines among them), gift cards, and anything on sale or clearance.
PANT (free U.S. shipping, no minimum) showed an end date of 10/27/26 and has also expired. If a banner shows a past end date, treat the code as finished.
No-code brand sales on Uniform Advantage’s own lines
Most of the percent-off savings you can actually use right now apply automatically. Uniform Advantage lists these brand promotions, each ending 11/17/26:
- Butter-Soft Stretch: 20% off the entire stock.
- Butter-Soft Pro: 20% off the entire stock.
- Print scrubs: up to 30% off select styles.
- Easy Stretch and ReSurge: up to 20% off select styles.
- Med Couture and Grey’s Anatomy Emerge: free shipping on those collections.
- Littmann stethoscopes: $15 off select styles.
A real example: the men’s Butter-Soft Stretch five-pocket V-neck top lists at $22.99 regular, so 20% off would be about $18.39. When we looked, though, its product page showed $20.96 for most colors and clearance colors from $15.96, with 4X–5X sizes $5.00 more. Go by your cart price, not the banner percentage.
The FAQ allows one discount or promo code per order, free-delivery codes included. Brand sales need no code, so SCRUBS should be able to ride along with a sale price, but the retailer doesn’t say so for each promotion. Confirm both in your cart.
Student discount: 15% through ID.me
Uniform Advantage’s FAQ describes a 15% discount for students enrolled at eligible U.S. institutions, verified through ID.me. The Students page is aimed at nursing and medical students. The FAQ also says the student discount can’t be combined with other promo codes or sitewide promotions, and doesn’t apply to gift card purchases. The retailer doesn’t publish how often a verified student can use it.
Since you get one code per order, students have to choose between the 15% and SCRUBS. Using the published shipping table:

On regular-price carts the 15% wins. On items already in a brand sale, the student discount may not apply, so SCRUBS plus the sale price is the realistic route. For other student programs, see our student discounts master list.
Online Scrub Swap: $25 for your old scrubs
The Scrub Swap is the most valuable published offer that doesn’t depend on a sale calendar. You fill out a form through Uniform Advantage’s recycling partner, SuperCircle (you’ll need an account), print a free prepaid label, and drop the box at USPS within 30 days. Once the carrier scans the package, you get a $25 eGift card by email, usually within a business day or two.
The terms matter:
- You can only use the card on a $100 or larger order, measured on net merchandise after promotions and discounts, not counting tax and shipping.
- It’s single-use and expires 90 days after it’s issued.
- You can’t stack two swap cards. You can combine one with regular UA gift cards and with other promotions unless an offer says otherwise.
- Scrubs from any brand qualify if they’re clean. Worn or stained scrubs are fine. Undergarments, heavily soiled items and anything biohazard-contaminated aren’t.
- Continental U.S. only; swapped items can’t be returned.
On exactly $100 the card is worth 25% of the merchandise; on $200, 12.5%. Because it’s a gift card rather than a promo code, it shouldn’t use up the one-code slot, so SCRUBS can still cover shipping. A separate in-store trade-in runs with Soles4Souls, but its page doesn’t state the credit.
Clearance, Last Chance and Irregulars
The sale navigation lists Clearance (up to 50% off), Last Chance (up to 70% off), Irregulars, clearance prints from $9.99, and footwear and accessories clearance. These run on remaining stock, not end dates. Holiday prints carry a short return window, so choose seasonal prints carefully.
Free shipping, shipping costs and returns
Without a code, Economy Ground (4–8 business days) costs $7.99 to $9.99 up to $300, then 5% of the order; Fast Ground is $12.99 to $27.99. Regular-price Birkenstock, Brooks, Dansko and C&C Sweden shoes ship free by economy ground for a limited time.
The return policy, as published:
- You have 45 days from receipt for most items. Holiday prints have only 14 days from delivery.
- Items must be unwashed, unworn and not embroidered, with tags attached. Embroidered merchandise is final sale.
- The Easy Return Label costs $8.99 for up to 5 items or $10.99 for 6–10 items (48 contiguous states). The cost comes out of your refund.
- Store drop-off is free in the nine states with UA stores (CA, FL, GA, LA, MN, OH, SC, TN, WI).
- To exchange a sale item at its sale price, use the exchange form rather than a new order.
Group and employer orders
Hospitals, clinics, dental and veterinary practices, and healthcare schools can use the UA 360 group program: an employee uniform portal, in-house logo embroidery, and options like employer stipends or payroll deduction. Group pricing and minimums aren’t published; you request them through an intake form. The FAQ says the logo digitizing fee is credited back for logos under 10,000 stitches on orders over $499.
How to save at Uniform Advantage without a coupon
- Shop the no-code brand sales and check each item’s cart price.
- Recycle old scrubs first if you’re planning a $100+ order.
- Return in person if you can. Dropping a return at a store saves the $8.99–$10.99 label fee.
- Look at Last Chance and Irregulars for basics where a small flaw doesn’t matter.
- Sign up for email on the coupons page for codes and shipping offers.

What we could not verify
- A rewards or loyalty program. We found no points program on Uniform Advantage’s pages.
- Nurse, healthcare worker, military or first responder discounts. None are published on the FAQ or help pages we reviewed. Only the student discount is listed.
- A welcome offer for email sign-up. Email subscribers are promised coupons and shipping offers, but no specific amount is stated.
- Text VIP offers. The in-store offers page says to text VIP to 33821 for exclusive offers. It doesn’t say what those offers are or whether they work online.
- In-store trade-in value. The trade-in page doesn’t state what credit you get.
- Whether a no-code brand sale and SCRUBS combine. The one-code rule is published. How it interacts with automatic sale pricing isn’t spelled out for each promotion.
- Whether clearance or Irregulars are final sale. Only embroidered items are explicitly final.
- Student discount frequency. It isn’t stated how many times a verified student can use the 15%.
