Merchant: Vuori (vuoriclothing.com) · Covers: email sign-up offer, refer a friend, V1 Community program, birthday rewards, military/healthcare/student questions, sale section, shipping, returns, gift cards · Sources: Vuori’s own pages, listed at the end.
Vuori does not publish a public discount code that anyone can type in. The codes it does hand out are personal: a 20% off first-order code sent when you sign up for email and texts, a 20% referral code (on a first online order of $150 or more) that a current customer sends you, and a once-a-year birthday reward for account holders. The biggest discount Vuori publishes is 40% off full-price items through its V1 Community program, which is only for working fitness professionals and college or pro athletes. Vuori says it has no formal military, healthcare, first responder, student or teacher discount. And one rule shapes everything else: discount codes do not work on sale items, and Vuori allows only one code per order.

The ground rules: one code, full-price items only
Before you go hunting for a Vuori discount code, know the checkout rules Vuori publishes, because they decide which offer is worth using:
- One discount code per order. Codes can’t be stacked, per Vuori’s checkout FAQ.
- No codes on sale items. The referral, birthday and V1 terms each repeat that exclusion.
- Gift cards do combine with a code. You can pay with Vuori gift cards and still use one code.
- Email matters. Use the email address the code was sent to.
So the real choice is between sale-section items with no code, or full-price items with the single best code you qualify for.
The 20% email and text sign-up offer
Vuori’s discounts and new-customer pages say first-time customers get 20% off their first order for signing up to email and texts; the code arrives after sign-up. No minimum, expiration window or extra exclusions are listed beyond the site-wide no-sale-items rule.
Vuori Refer a Friend
Refer a Friend is the other code-based offer. A current customer enters a friend’s email, and Vuori sends the friend a unique code.
- The friend gets 20% off a first online order of $150 or more (merchandise subtotal before the discount; not shipping or tax).
- The referrer gets 20% off a future online order of $150 or more after the friend buys.
- Who qualifies: a new U.S. customer outside the referrer’s household. V1 members are excluded.
- Limits: online only, single-use, expires 30 days after the referral email at 11:59 pm PT, and excludes sale items and gift cards.
- Clawback: if returns drop the friend’s order below $150, Vuori may void the referrer’s reward.
V1 Community: the 40% program for fitness professionals
V1 is the largest discount Vuori publishes. It isn’t a coupon. It’s a membership you apply for, and once you’re approved the discount is attached to your account.
Who can apply
Certified fitness instructors and private trainers, professional or college athletes, studio and gym owners, and professional coaches can apply if they’re 18+ and live in the U.S., U.K., Canada (excluding Quebec) or Australia. Instructors must teach at least one day a week, and the terms say the activity must be the applicant’s primary occupation. Meeting the criteria only lets you apply; Vuori decides at its sole discretion and can close admissions.
How verification works
Vuori reviews applications itself; its pages name no outside vendor such as ID.me or SheerID. You create an account and upload proof, such as a team profile page, a certification, a class schedule, a player or coach ID, or a business license. Review can take up to 20 business days.
What you get and what’s excluded
- 40% off full-price products, applied automatically online when logged in. In stores, an associate checks a photo ID.
- Savings capped at $2,000 per membership year for U.S. members. Membership lasts 12 months, then you reapply.
- Excluded: sale and clearance items, limited editions, gift cards, Vuori outlet stores, third-party retailers, shipping and tax, and purchases for others. It doesn’t combine with other codes, and V1 members don’t get birthday rewards or Refer a Friend.
Birthday rewards
U.S. residents 18+ can join the free Birthday Program by creating an account, adding a birthday and staying opted in to marketing email. The reward’s value depends on a tier set by your spend at Vuori over the prior year (after promotions, excluding tax, shipping and gift cards, minus returns). Add your birthday by the end of the month before your birth month. You get one single-use reward a year, and it can’t be combined with other offers or used on sale items or gift cards. The tier chart wasn’t readable to us, so we don’t list amounts.
Military, healthcare, first responder, student and teacher discounts
Vuori’s discounts page says it has no formal discount program for military members, healthcare workers or first responders, and no general student or teacher discount. It suggests asking at a Vuori store, using the 20% sign-up code, or applying for V1 if you also teach fitness or compete as a college athlete.
If you’re looking for programs that do exist, our military discounts master list and nurse and healthcare discounts list cover brands with published military and healthcare offers, FIGS runs student and military offers, and Nike’s military, student and teacher discounts are explained separately.
The sale section
Vuori keeps separate men’s and women’s sale collections with prices already reduced; no code applies there. Vuori’s discounts page showed the Sedona Classic Full Zip at $82 against an original $118. Watch for a Final Sale label: those items can’t be returned or exchanged. Sale items without it stay returnable.
Shipping, returns and exchanges
- Free shipping: the site banner and product pages show free standard shipping on orders over $75. Vuori’s help pages don’t list the standard rate below $75 or the cost of faster options.
- Speed: processing can take 3-4 business days, then standard delivery takes up to 5-10 business days. Military addresses and PO boxes ship by USPS Ground.
- Returns: 120 days from purchase for items in original condition (90 days for Amazon Pay refunds). Original shipping isn’t refunded.
- Exchanges: Vuori doesn’t do direct exchanges. You place a new order and return the original.
- Price adjustments: none of the Vuori pages we reviewed describe a price adjustment or price match policy.
Gift cards
Digital gift cards run $25 to $500 online; physical cards are sold in stores. They work online and in U.S. Vuori stores, and several can go on one order. Codes can’t be used to buy gift cards. Afterpay splits payments but doesn’t lower the price.
The honest math
These examples use the $110 full price shown on Vuori’s Ponto Performance Jogger product page and the sale example on Vuori’s discounts page. Tax isn’t included.
- Sign-up code on one jogger: 20% off $110 is $22, so you pay $88. That’s still over $75, so standard shipping stays free.
- Referral code on one jogger: doesn’t qualify. $110 is under the $150 minimum.
- Referral code on two joggers: $220 clears $150. 20% off saves $44, so you pay $176. If you return one jogger, the order drops to $110, under $150, and Vuori may void the reward of the person who referred you.
- V1 member on one jogger: 40% off $110 saves $44, so you pay $66. That falls under $75, so standard shipping may no longer be free. The $2,000 annual savings cap works out to $5,000 of full-price merchandise at 40%.
- Sale section: the Sedona Classic Full Zip at $82 instead of $118 saves $36, about 31%, with no code. A code can’t add anything on top.
How to save at Vuori without a coupon
- Start in the men’s or women’s sale section. Marked-down prices need no code, and codes don’t apply there anyway.
- Keep orders over $75 for free standard shipping, but only with items you’d buy anyway.
- If you’re a working instructor, trainer, coach, studio owner or college athlete, apply for V1. It’s the only 40% option Vuori publishes.
- Create an account and add your birthday before the month ahead of it to get the yearly birthday reward.
- Compare how other activewear sellers handle rewards: our guides to Alo Yoga, Nordstrom promo codes and the Nordy Club, DICK’S Sporting Goods and Foot Locker.
- For an activewear brand that does publish a military and healthcare discount, see our lululemon savings guide, which covers the 15% Military & First Responder program, We Made Too Much markdowns and Like New resale.
What we could not verify
- The full terms of the 20% sign-up code: minimum order, expiration window, whether it works in stores, and whether past shoppers who never subscribed qualify.
- Standard shipping cost below $75, and the price of Express and Expedited shipping.
- Whether return labels are free. Vuori’s discounts page mentions “free returns on eligible items,” but the return policy page doesn’t state a label cost.
- Birthday reward amounts and spend thresholds for each tier. The tier chart wasn’t readable to us.
- When the birthday reward expires. The program terms say the end of the month the email is sent, while the program page says 30 days after the email.
- Whether Vuori offers any price adjustment after a markdown. No page we reviewed addresses it.
- What the “Friends and Family Discount” mentioned in the referral terms is, and who can get it.
- What individual stores offer military or healthcare shoppers, and current sale-collection prices (listings didn’t render for us).
